Dr. Kyrollos Tawfik is a Board-Certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist at IR Centers. He graduated from Meharry Medical College before completing residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Diagnostic Radiology with Early Specialization in Interventional Radiology designation. Dr. Tawfik completed his subspecialty training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Medical University of South Carolina after which he returned to Loma Linda as an Assistant Professor in Radiology where he initiated the Prostate Artery Embolization program. Dr. Tawfik has several years of clinical expertise, with an interest in minimally invasive therapies within the domains of urologic, musculoskeletal, and gastrointestinal disease.

 

In his free time, Dr. Tawfik enjoys spending time with his family and laughing at the antics of his toddler. He is happy to have made his home in Virginia as he loves the outdoors and is an avid soccer player.
