Naveen Kumar Gunji, MD
Dr. Naveen Gunji is a highly trained Interventional Radiologist who specializes in minimally invasive, image-guided treatments designed to help patients feel better with less pain and faster recovery times.
Dr. Gunji completed advanced fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Weill Cornell Medicine–New York Presbyterian Hospital. He previously served as an Interventional Radiology Attending Physician and Assistant Professor of Radiology at LSU Ochsner Health in Louisiana, where he treated a wide range of complex conditions.
He also completed his Diagnostic Radiology training at Saint Louis University, with additional training at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Dr. Gunji’s background includes research and clinical experience at leading medical institutions across the country.
At the IR Center in Syracuse, in partnership with Allied Medical Professionals (AMP of NY), Dr. Gunji is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care. He takes the time to explain procedures clearly and works closely with each patient to develop a treatment plan that fits their needs and goals.
