After completing medical school and Diagnostic Radiology residency at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi, India, I moved to the United States to pursue a cardiothoracic fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Driven by my passion for Interventional Radiology, I began my IR training with a surgery internship at Brookwood Baptist Health in Birmingham, AL, followed by a radiology residency at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis. I then completed an Independent Residency/Fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Honestly didn’t expect a urology appointment to feel this smooth. The IR team was chill, super clear about every step, and actually cared how I was feeling. Big thanks!
