Dr. Ari Isaacson attended the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. After graduating in 2004, he completed his internship at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. He then went on to become a flight surgeon in the US Navy, serving for 3 years including a deployment to Iraq with the Marines. In 2008, Dr. Isaacson returned to medical training, completing his Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of North Carolina and staying on for Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship. In 2013, he took a staff position as an Interventional Radiologist at UNC.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Isaacson during my PCN and PAE. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood my condition and treatment options. I appreciate how thoroughly he addressed all of my questions and concerns.

Today I had the PAE procedure performed by Dr. Ari Isaacson. From the time I stepped in the office I was treated exceptionally well by his entire staff of nurses and aides. Dr. Isaacson performed the procedure perfectly. The procedure itself was painless. This is such a great alternative to conventional surgery for enlarged prostate problems. No hospital stay, the entire procedure from the time you begin until you go home is only approximately four hours. I am very happy I chose to go with Dr. Isaacson and highly recommended him to everyone in need.
