What can I say other than the staff from Dr Cornejo to the front desk staff were cheerful and directed patients with sign in, to the prep techs followed by nurse preparation to the surgical procedure we're all exceptional. Multi tasking along with follow up calls were handled by all techs and nurses for a follow up 24 hr post procedure call. Absolutely a 6 star experience. Had a PAE with Dr Cornejo in January ‘24. I was told that this proceedure was less painful to have and less painful to recover from. Well, boy were they right! 1 day after the procedure I was pain free. I won’t go into the details but my recovery exceeded what Dr. Cornejo told me to expect. It was really a transformative procedure - a really great alternative to a TERP or other more invasive process. Dr. Cornejo and the team at IR was wonderful. The care before, during and after the procedure couldn’t have been better. Their facility is spotless and wonderfully managed. A+++
